Cancellation Policy

Term and condition : 1. All rates are nett in $AUD & include GST & reasonable tolls where applicable. Excluding parking if required. 2. Rates include English Speaking Driver Cum Guide, petrol & Good Condition Vehicles. Other languages speaking driver is available on request. 3. Overland/overnight tour is based on 10 hrs driving/day. Driver accommodation must be provided in single room at same hotel with group. 4. Rates do not include meals, parking and admission/entrance fees. 5. Hourly rates are base to base. 6. All tours commencing from airport will be deemed to start at the time of aircraft touchdown (unless requested otherwise) 7. Standard size luggage trailers will be supplied for airport transfer if required. 8. 35% surcharges apply for Christmas Day 25 Dec, Boxing Day 26 Dec, NYE 31 Dec, NYD 1 Jan & any Australian Public Holidays 9. We reserve the right to amend the above rates in line with any cost changes (incurred by either entity), that could not have been reasonably foreseen and/or predicted at the time of submitting our rates to you. Such events would include changes to federal and/or state taxes and charges, tolls and levies or any abnormal industry charge. 10. Tipping is not included and will be highly appreciated by our drivers. 11. Cancelation Policy : Any booking cancelled less than 24 hours prior to booked pick up time will incur 100% penalty fee. 12. Any pick up and/or drop off location outside of city limit will incur extra charges due to extra distance and duration required to get there.
